Definitely make a made a triple batch because it won’t last long 😍
The original recipe is from Donna Hay but I’ve changed 2 ingredients.
🌟20 pitted dates
🌟 1/4 cup peanut butter
🌟 ¼ CUP melted coconut oil
🌟 ½ CUP cacao powder
🌟 4 drops of DoTERRA essential oil (food grade)
🌟 Sliced or toasted almond to place on top
✔️ Cover the dates with hot water in a bowl and leave for 10-15 minutes
✔️Add your dates and peanut butter to a food processor and blend until smooth.
✔️Add all the other ingredients – coconut oil, cacao, peppermint essential oil and process until smooth.
✔️Press the mixture into a 10cm x 20cm slice tin lined with non-stick baking paper and press the almond into the top. Freeze for 1 hour or until set. Slice into 2cm logs, or nice big chunks 😉
